Who are we?
We are a very busy medium sized practice that has looked after patients and their families in this locality for two generations. We offer a comprehensive range of services and are at the forefront of using modern technology to help us do even more for our patients.
As an NHS provider, we work under a locally agreed contract with NHS Berkshire based at 57-59 Bath Rd, Reading. Telephone 0118 950 3094. We are always happy to receive feedback/suggestions - mark them FAO the practice manager. From 1st April 2013, South Reading CCG, and three other local CCG Groups took over the commissioning of NHS services from Berkshire West Primary Care Trust. The Friends and Family Test
Have your say to improve your care. We would like your feedback on the care or treatment we give you any time you visit ot talk to one of our surgery team. It doesn't take long. The quickest way to complete a Friends and Family test is by clicking on the Friend and Family Survey in the right hand column of this home page. Alternatively you can complete a survey on our touch screens at any time or when booking in for your appointment when visiting us in the practice. We would like to thank all our patients for their participation, your valuable feedback helps us shape and develop our services based on our patient needs. Need non urgent medical attention when we are closed? Call NHS 111.
Berkshire West Practices went live with NHS 111 on the 15th May 2013. After this date all Out of Hours services will ONLY be contactable by calling 111. The "telephone answer messages and contact details" when we are closed have been altered accordingly.

Online Services for Repeat Prescribing
Please note our online Prescription service is ONLY available via the front page "order your repeat prescription securely online" icon and not via the "Request an appointment with a Doctor or Nurse" or "access your medical record" icons on the home page. This is because our Online appointments and online access to medical notes services are currently provided by "Vision online Services". Our repeat Prescription service is hosted by our website supplier, this will be changing in 2018 so in preparation please register for online access as per instructions below.
How to Register for Vision Patient Online Services.
Please note you will need to Register first for access to your medical record please see the section in Clinics & Services (Blue Tool bar above) called "Online Services" in order to complete the registration process. Once this is completed you can access your medical records using the dedicated icon at the bottom of the page below for accessing your medical records.
