Online Repeat Prescription request service is changing August 2018

Please be advised any patients currently ordering their repeat medication through this website will soon no longer be able to do so, as we move all our online services to "Patient online Services".

All patients already making online appointments and viewing their medical record will already have access to the new repeat prescription ordering service so need to take no further action if they have already brought in their ID documentation and signed up to these services.

For all patients ONLY ordering their repeat medication on line, please note we will need you to complete the online registration paperwork and supply the surgery with photo ID prior to being able to access "Patient Online Services" see the bottom of this home page for more information.

Pembroke Surgery is open from 8am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday. If you genuinely require urgent medical attention outside of these times please call the surgery number and follow the instructions given by our answer-phone.

NHS Direct

Please note that NHS Direct was replaced by the NHS 111 service on 18/06/2013.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

NHS 111

Berkshire West Practices are due to go live on the 15th May 2013. After this date, all patients should call 111 for non-urgent medical advice if the enquiry cannot wait until the surgery re-opens. Patients should note that all calls to 111 are free from landlines and mobiles.

The NHS 111 service will direct all calling patients to the appropriate usual Out of Hours Services provided for West Berkshire Practices currently, if medical attention is required during our closing hours.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
