Online Repeat Prescription request service is changing August 2018

Please be advised any patients currently ordering their repeat medication through this website will soon no longer be able to do so, as we move all our online services to "Patient online Services".

All patients already making online appointments and viewing their medical record will already have access to the new repeat prescription ordering service so need to take no further action if they have already brought in their ID documentation and signed up to these services.

For all patients ONLY ordering their repeat medication on line, please note we will need you to complete the online registration paperwork and supply the surgery with photo ID prior to being able to access "Patient Online Services" see the bottom of this home page for more information.

Community Nurses

Our community midwife helps our medical team look after our pregnant women. Currently the midwife sees our patients on a Monday at our Alexandra Road site this will be changing in May 2017 and all our patients will then be attending the local Children's centre nearest their home address for all their midwife ante-natal care appointments.

Community Nurse Team

Our District Nurses and Community Matron work closely with medical and social care teams to oversee care arrangements for those who are housebound, or in need of care at home for a period following discharge from hospital.
