Administration and Receptionist Team

Our Practice Management team is supported by a dedicated team of highly skilled administrative and reception staff who play a crucial role in the smooth running of the practice. Our admin team manages day-to-day operations, while our receptionists serve as the front line, assisting patients with appointments, inquiries, and more.

Please bear with us during busy times, as it can get hectic, and delays may occur. Our team follows the latest NHS guidance, Department of Health policies, and local healthcare protocols to ensure a safe and efficient service. Our staff are also trained to adhere to the updated guidelines from our Senior Management Team, which prioritize patient care and confidentiality. Midwife

The Community Midwives help our medical team look after our pregnant women and will carry out the ante-natal checks for our patients at either a local children’s centre or hospital hub.

Community Nurse Team

Our District Nurses and Community Matron work closely with medical and social care teams to oversee care arrangements for those who are housebound, or in need of care at home for a period following discharge from hospital.
